Your first physiotherapy session will be 60 minutes and will include a comprehensive consultation and assessment to understand your symptoms, medical history, daily activities, and goals. After the assessment, your physiotherapist will proceed with initial hands-on treatment or guided exercises based on what you need.
You’ll also receive clear education about your condition and a personalized plan for your recovery or performance goals.
For comfort, we recommend wearing light and easy-to-move-in clothing. If needed, the clinic can provide shorts for changing.
Succeeding sessions will be 45 minutes each, focusing on your treatment plan, progressions, and continued hands-on care.

Recovery time varies for each person and depends on your condition, overall health, and how consistently you follow your treatment plan. However, most patients start noticing improvements within 2 to 4 physiotherapy sessions with regular and guided treatment.

Come to your appointment dressed in your daily attire, preferably stretchy material that doesn’t restrict your movement. We have T-shirts and shorts on the premises that can be provided if required.

Yes, your physiotherapy sessions can be covered through our partnered HMOs to make your visit smooth and hassle-free. We offer direct billing (cashless transactions) with our accredited HMOs, including Pacific Cross, Medasia, iCare/Insular Life, Lacson & Lacson, Medicard (Microchip and Coca-Cola exclusive), and Generali.
For non-accredited providers, you'll receive an official receipt after each session, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you’d like to confirm your coverage before your visit, feel free to reach out to our team.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 1 day notice so we can offer the slot to other patients who may need it. Your consideration helps us manage schedules efficiently and continue providing quality care.
