Background in physiotherapy 

I graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy from OLFU in 2025. During my internship and  clinical placements, I gained extensive experience in sports rehabilitation and musculoskeletal  injuries 

Interests/Areas of expertise  

I specialize in exercise-based rehabilitation, particularly in sports injury recovery, mobility, and  functional movement. I am committed to helping people improve their movement, strength, and  confidence through personalized care. I use evidence-based methods tailored to each patient,  ensuring a safe and confident return to activity. 

Most fulfilling part of the job 

The most rewarding part of my role is helping patients get back on track and being a supportive  part of their recovery journey. 

Personal interests 

I am deeply interested in health, fitness, and wellness. I stay active exercising, and I  continuously read evidence-based research on movement and injury prevention to enhance my  clinical practice.
