Background in physiotherapy 

I got my physiotherapy degree from the University of the Philippines Manila. I worked at a fitness and wellness center as a sports physiotherapist, helping individuals dealing with musculoskeletal and sports-specific injuries. 

Interests/Areas of expertise: 

I am particularly interested in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation practice, helping individuals recover from injury, restore optimal performance, and regain confidence. I also promote general fitness and overall wellness, designed to enhance mobility and strength for individuals in all walks of life. 

Most fulfilling part of the job 

The most fulfilling part of the job is seeing people regain confidence in their bodies and in what they can do. Beyond helping people move without pain, it’s rewarding to see people push through limitations and fears, and set bigger goals for themselves. 

Personal Interests 

During my free time, I enjoy running, playing tennis, and pickleball. I generally try to stay active also by doing regular workout sessions in the gym, and trying out new sports. I also enjoy going out with friends to hunt for good food and coffee.
