Tell us about your background in physiotherapy.

I got my physiotherapy degree from the University of Santo Tomas. I worked in a rehabilitation clinic that catered to various conditions and handled orthopaedic, neuro, pediatrics, and sports-related injuries helping them get back into a better and more functional movement.

What are your interests/areas of expertise in physiotherapy?

Areas of interest include sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and pediatric physical therapy. Emphasis on evidence-based practice, individualized treatment plans, and functional exercise

programs to restore mobility, improve strength, enhance athletic performance, and promote recovery. Committed to helping individuals of all ages regain function, prevent injuries, and achieve their rehabilitation goals through patient-centered care.

What is the most fulfilling part of this job?

The most fulfilling part of being a physical therapist is helping patients regain their abilities, rebuild their confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them. I find it rewarding to see how consistent effort, proper guidance, and individualized exercise programs translate into meaningful progress. Being able to make a lasting impact on someone’s recovery and quality of life is what makes this profession meaningful to me.

What are your personal interests?

In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, basketball, and pickleball. Recently, I have been training for my open water swimming and starting to be invested in flag football. On most of my days, I play video games, write & record songs of my own.
